Creating custom merchandise is difficult, costly, and requires a lot of time and effort. Whether it’s for fundraising or not, you run the risk of having excess inventory and maybe even losing money.

Luckily, we’re here to help. Outlined below is exactly how we do what we do, and how you can get involved.

How It Works

  • Understanding your goals is the first step. We’ll help you figure those out, so start off by contacting us.

  • Once we receive your logo or preferred design(s), we’ll work with you to determine what merchandise you want us to sell. Then, we’ll create mock-ups and send them to you for approval.

    We’ll then provide the base cost for each item alongside a suggested price increase if you would like commission from each sale. That will be the dollar amount, per respective item sold, that we’ll send to you each month.

    After we’ve decided what price to list each item at, we’ll provide you with a contract that outlines the aforementioned details and includes permission for us to host your logo and/or design(s) on our site.

    Once everything is ready, we’ll create a custom page for your organization, post the merchandise, and — if so desired — every month we will send you your commission alongside an itemized list of the products’ sales. That way you know exactly what your supporters have bought!

  • Each merchandise item that we add to our site is housed under each organization’s specific category and on their own unique page. That means you’ll have your own unique shop area, and it’ll be simple to send supporters to the right place. If you’d like, we can even create a QR code that will link right to your page!

  • Our distribution partners have a large assortment of merchandise to choose from, including:

    • Men’s clothing

    • Women’s clothing

    • Kids’ & youth clothing

    • Hats

    • Accessories (e.g., phone cases and bags)

    • Posters

    • Blankets

    • Notebooks

    Additionally, there are numerous name brands to choose from, such as:

    • Columbia

    • Adidas

    • Port Authority

    • Champion

  • It’s important to let your supporters know that your hosted merchandise is available for purchase!

    To help send that message and enhance your fundraising, we’ll work with you to create social media campaigns so long as the merchandise is hosted with us.
